Late For The Train

Our roastery was originally located in our Fort Valley location but quickly grew to the point in 2004 where it had to be moved to a bigger building so we could store the coffee and roast more efficiently.  Besides that, our office at the cafe was only 5' by 6' and the bakery 14' by 14'.  Now the bakery is over 1,000 sq. ft. and the roastery 3,000 sq. ft. with room to grow. Late for the Train is a high elevation coffee roastery located in the town of Flagstaff, Arizona. We offer both retail and wholesale coffee by mail-order. Our coffee is roasted fresh with high grade arabica beans specially selected from coffee farms around the world.
