Crystal's BBQ and Grill is a local, family-owned business in Western North Carolina. We hickory smoke all of our bar-b-que and brisket for at least 12 hours every day, and we make each of our sides from scratch every day to ensure the highest quality foods. Crystal's is open from 10:30 am until 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday
