“an artist-run contemporary art space”
Lost Coast Culture Machine is an artist-run contemporary art space & handmade paper mill in the remote coastal town of Fort Bragg, California, founded in 2010 by Anne Beck & Dietmar Krumrey. LCCM hosts exhibitions, performances, talks, films, collaborative projects & mini-residencies, with a focus on interdisciplinary & sustainable creative practice. The programming is in part supported by sales of paper made by hand in the traditional European method in the adjoining mill. LCCM was featured in a 2011 New York Times piece on the Mendocino Coast & in a recent article on the West’s Best Beach Towns in Via Magazine.
