We are committed to preserving the art and craft of traditional bread baking. We make our breads fresh daily and each loaf is created completely from scratch. All of our flours are unbleached and unbromated, and no dough conditioners, preservatives, or improvers of any kind are added. Just like our Breads, we take our Pastries seriously here at The Black Rooster. All of our pastries are baked fresh daily. Everything we make is from scratch. We use free-range eggs, real butter from happy cows, and no mixes. Our creative Pastry Staff holds degrees from the most prestigious schools in the Country: Le Cordon Bleu, the Culinary Institute of America, and the French Culinary Institute. We specialize in the classics of Pastries but we also stick to our roots by using dearly-loved family recipes, creating one of a kind pastries, which make The Black Rooster Bakery a very special place.
