Mrs Baird's Bakeries was founded in 1908 when Ninnie L. Baird and her family began baking bread for neighbors in their Fort Worth neighborhood. Today, Mrs Baird's Bakeries is a division of Bimbo Bakeries USA, the Fort Worth-based subsidiary of Mexico-based Grupo Bimbo, one of the world's leading baking companies.
