We grow some of the greens, fruits, and vegetables in our dishes and infused liquors in a little plot just a couple blocks away from the restaurant in historic downtown Frederick.  We garden sustainably using compost that incorporates some of our spent coffee grounds.  And we don't use synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.  By pickling and preserving, we're aiming to be able to offer something from our garden year-round.  This fall and winter, look for our collard greens, kale, pickled green tomatoes, and cabbage sauerkraut.
