Estilo Gaúcho invites you to savor the cultural traditions of Southern Brazil. For a memorable fine dining experience, come to Frisco's premier Brazilian steakhouse for lunch, dinner or special occasions. Gaúchos, or Southern Brazilian cowboys, traditionally gathered with family and friends for achurrasco, roasting meats on an open fire. To celebrate our heritage, we designed a restaurant to create that same inviting atmosphere. We present a gaúcho's passion for life with elegant simplicity, creating succulent menu items such as prime cuts of beef like our signature Picanha, chicken, lamb and pork, fresh garden salads, traditional side dishes and desserts.
