“Great burgers & fries”

Try their juicy BBQ speciality burger. Freshly made and delicious. Good old fashioned but greasy burgers. Often, live music outside. Inside is eclectic and full of local flavor. Fred's Texas Cafe was featured on "Diners, Drive Ins & Dives" and Outrageous Food!

We thought the burgers were awesome. Good serving sizes on everything. Live music, and they were OK with kids being there, although they don't have a kids menu. Take a walk down the street afterwards, the area is nice.

Burgers aren't too bad. Not my favorite. Beware if you go in on a busy night. Me and a friend went in and our service was lacking; our server forgot an appetizer order, drinks took too long to refill, etc. It was a very busy night so I sort of understand, still a little disappointing though.
