The Round Bistro

 Welcome to The Round Bistro, a “New American” Style eatery.  Located  on South New Hope Road we are close to shopping and business but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of busy highways. No matter what the occasion or season,  we are easily accessible. The Round Bistro is not only Gastonia’s newest and most unique Chef driven concept, but it is also a venue of artistic expression.  Centered on Chef Jack Acheson's culinary art, the dining experience at The Round Bistro is also accented by beautiful decor, serving as a work of art itself. Our private dining room serves as a rotating gallery for local artists, and our guests are encouraged to admire the artwork featured in the room.  Chef Jack's menu creations are fusions of many cooking styles representative of his experience in a wide range of culinary environments. Our New American “Casual Fine” dining puts an “Americanized” twist on the traditional Bistro-style restaurant, offering a quality meal at a casual dining price. Jack focuses on American regional flavors not found in many other concepts in the area.   Whether you’re in the mood for our Parmesan Crusted Salmon, one of our American Regional dishes,  or our nearly famous Pittsburger, The Round Bistro has something for you.  We have a full service bar featuring unique martini recipes and speciality drinks, but we are also kid friendly! Chef Jack Acheson is an Ashbrook graduate and most of our products are purchased from local companies. We are excited to be a part of the Gastonia community and welcome those from near and far to experience The Round Bistro.
