“family friendly drive in”
Opened as the Circle Drive-In in 1950. It went through a few name changes and finally settled on Last Drive-In Picture Show. This is also one of eight “mo-peds” in America (both a motor theatre and a walk-in). The drive-in is open seven days a week playing a double bill. It is very much a family oriented venue as it does not show any R rated films. Audio is provided on FM radio. Admission is $10 a carload on Fridays and Saturdays, $5 a carload on all other nights. Drive-in movie theatre one of the last of a dying breed. Go support these relics of the past! Call ahead for show times and come see your favorite movies. Tune the radio and enjoy a bit of how they used to show movies back in the 1950's. This old film tradition is still alive and well in Gatesville so don't miss out.
