Our sushi chef will prepare the freshest sushi, sashimi and special rolls that will tantalize your taste buds. Like the name, “Rok” stands for a totally unique and amazing “grill on the rock” dining experience! Entrees arrive at table bursting with aroma, seared and sizzling on a hot volcanic stone! The beauty of this concept is you can begin eating right away by cutting 3 or 4 bite-sized pieces and laying those smaller pieces around the outside of the rok where they will cook through in a matter of seconds or minutes depending on how you like your meat... you’re in control.
