“responsibly sources their ingredients”
We take great pride in guiding guests through a unique culinary journey encompassing four elements—Local, Exploration, Classics, and Conscientiousness—into our innovative dishes. Natural sauces tantalize with local, seasonal ingredients and a slant toward sustainable seafood. Daily menus feature three-course dining paired with the best of modern wine making, and complement the frequently changing, seasonal menu. We also serve eclectic and premium spirits, limited craft beers, pour-over coffee and espresso. We responsibly source as many ingredients as possible from local, family and sustainable farms and we prepare our dishes to demonstrate our respect for how these farmers raise or grow their products. We take this honest approach to preparing our food because we believe it's the right thing to do and it produces a much better product.
