“Artisan pies made freshly on Whidbeys Farm”
At Whidbey Pies, (Café, Wholesale Pies, and Catering) we strive to provide outstanding cuisine and memorable events that connect people heart to heart. Our success relies on our connection to the land, to the community and to our customers –both the old faithfuls and the newly discovered. In the heart of Whidbey Island, gem of Puget Sound, is the landmark Greenbank Farm, once the largest Loganberry farm in the world. Now the farm, with its 151 prime view acres, is publicly owned and home to Whidbey Pies. Every pie we offer contributes to sustaining this precious open space and to bringing back from extinction, the noble Loganberry. Fragrantly sweet with a lingering tangy essence, berry pies are our specialty and our connection to the land. Since 1986 we have been dedicated to artisan piemaking. Our big-hearted pie crew turn out eight hundred pies a week, all handmade, weaving their lives into the lattice. Dedicated bakers hoist trays weighing fifteen pounds through marathon ten-hour bakes. All for the lost art and the love of pie.
