Owner has Major Behavioral Management Issues!

The owner, Marti, has some major behavioral management issues. He was VERY rude and unprofessional about a misunderstanding of the date of the cooking class my husband and I were to take. Without going into the whole situation, I can tell you the owner, Marti, led me to believe one thing and then tried to spin the misunderstanding back on me. It was a misunderstanding that could very easily have been remedied immediately upon my arrival there, but instead, he waited and sent me a very hateful and unprofessional email after my stay there. And in further email conversations between him and my husband, the B&B owner even lied and exaggerated the whole situation. He was so rude and hurtful and his whole demeanor ruined my 2-day vacation there. I would ask for my money back, but I am so upset by all this that I don’t want to deal with this man ever again. The Inn of Patriots is a cute place and the rest of the staff was very nice but thanks to the owner and his unprofessional conduct, I will never visit this place again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.

Agree with the reviewer regarding this owner. He has some very serious issues. Was rude and charged me $250 for an old kitchen chair when the rung broke. I was trying to move out of the way of another guest and the run literally broke in my hand. I was embarrassed and apologized. However, he told me if I didn't pay for a brand new charge he would bring vandalism charges against me, further stating that because he was a veteran, how bad that would look on me. It was truly an unbelievable experience, in the worst sense of the word. I would never recommend staying here.
