The spaces are immaculate. Large concrete pads and space between others. The only issue I had was with the power. I had stayed in Gulf Shores State Park for 4 nights before moving to this one for 3 more. Power was fine in the state park but when I plugged in here my surge protector kept kicking the power off. There is no full time maintenance person - just campers who work for reduced rates. I was able to run my long extension to the pole on the next space for 30 amp power and the guy they sent to look at the issue replaced the breaker on my space but it did not help. Still, they did respond quickly - I just wish that they'd called in a real electrician. Cell service for both ATT and Verizon was abysmal as it is in most parks in Gulf Shores/Foley but the park wifi actually was great! 26 down 12 up. I streamed on my Fire Stick and worked Zoom meetings on the wifi with no issue. That's a first. I have reservations for another week next month and am looking forward to it.

This park is smaller in number of sites but it is very well maintained and clean. Sites have lots of room (we were in a 41 ft 5th wheel) and the back in sites on the outer side of the loop have a little privacy between them. The staff is very friendly, there are lots of activities and everything is nice and new. Great pool, great location, good internet and cell service, and family friendly. In winter there aren’t really any families but the regular snowbirds were nice to chat with, and we’re told in summer there are lots of kids. Overall it’s a nice place and the price is competitive for the area.

Huge lots, spacious, EXTREMELY CLEAN, & incredibly friendly. I will definitely come here again! Highly recommend!
Very nice park, big sites, very will groom. Swimming pool a little small. The operation and staff top notch we will come back. We did not use the restroom or laundry..
This place is gorgeous! Friendly folks and well maintained sites. One of the nicest rv parks we've stayed at! The bathrooms are very clean and spacious. The swimming pool is great. Great location near the wharf and the beaches! We will definitely be back soon!
