Please contact us PRIOR to scheduling any event that will use our UP home in any way. Please feel free to take a Few Quick pictures outside of the fenced yard. * If you are here to take ANY "Staged pictures", STOP, you must contact us FIRST before proceeding. STAGED Photos are defined but not limited to: Dressed up in Cosplay/a costume, family portrait style/ coordinated outfits, you have balloon(s), engagement photos, wedding announcement photos, dance photos, Senior pictures, birthday pictures, etc. Any of these type of photos, whether you have a professional photographer with you or not is defined as a staged photo.  ** If you are a professional photographer wanting to bring your client here for a photo shoot, please message us BEFORE your shoot to work out the details of the shoot. *** PROPS are available as well for scheduled photo shoots; such as the "Carl & Ellie" mailbox which can be placed in its authentic movie place, Ellie's painters palette for indoor photo shoots when she is painting Paradise falls in the front room or the Nursery mural, an Adventure Book, Adventure Hat & goggles, Carl's cane, Wilderness sash, an Ellie badge, Orange & Grape soda. ~> As another option to our photo venue, we also have vintage doors available as backdrops that can be placed in front of our garage for another cute & popular photo opportunity for your family and/clients.  * You can reach us here on FB or by emailing us at: therealUPhouse@gmail.com * Tours are unavailable at this time. ~~ Smile, you are on camera, the property is being monitored and under 24 hour surveillance ~~
