Rate reflects a first time visitor deal. A lot of the sites are very private and of good size, everyone is very, very helpful and friendly, probably have trouble getting satellite in most spots but cable is available. One end of the park does have some noise from a car wash so I would avoid that area. Nice walking and bike trail right outside the park, great place to stage and visit Hilton Head. We could stay here a month or 2 with no problem. We WILL go back if in the area even though we don't normally stay at Class A only resorts, this was sort of a treat for us.
Great place to stage and tour the Island.

Very well maintained lush resort. This is a large resort with many amenities. There are some low hanging branches to watch for. When checking in pull off to the right after the office while you wait for escort to your site. Go ahead and unhook your tow car here. The Office staff is friendly and helpful. An Escort will show you to your site and help you back your Rig into site. All sites are guaranteed to have an outside table and four chairs, otherwise, it depends on what the site owners offer. Most sites will be difficult to pick up satellite due to thick vegetation.
Our site was #315 which was lovely. It had a wooden bench, metal chairs, and tables, but no cushions. We were able to get one satellite to lock on so we were able to get satellite. Cable was available, but we did not use it. This site was level, stamped concrete, across from the lake but no real lake view. It was noisy during the day because of all the yard work being done.
We had 4 bars Sprint using our WeBoost fast enough for streaming.
Accepts Good Sams Discount.

Friendly staff and beautiful sites. Some were clearly better than others with more amenities. The pool was clean and tennis courts/ basketball court were nice. Location is an easy bike ride to the beach and near restaurants and grocery stores.

Our first time staying in an RV resort and we were very impressed. Valet will escort you to your site and help you park. Park is clean and people are friendly. Our site was #349 on the lake and was beautiful! The landscaping in the lark and on the sites is lush and beautiful. Very convenient to several restaurants, grocery store and bicycle rental. We would certainly stay here again.

Stayed over the Christmas Holiday, looking for a nice quiet place to hunker down and relax. Car wash jet dryers started at 7:30 am. Nonstop noise all day, almost every day. Lovely site, lush plants, paved lot with nice dining table and outdoor sofa, friendly staff. Dog park was outside of gated entrance, not cleared with leaf blowers used everywhere else. At least three other residents just let their dogs run in the tennis courts. We actually searched for other places to book so we could leave early. We cannot recommend based upon our experience.

Constant construction noise. Beeping, grinding, drilling, blowing, heavy equipment driving through the grounds. No rest here. We stayed inside from 9-5 while the construction noise was too bad. The evenings were quiet though, and the neighbors are friendly. This is an aging community, and very FEW people are masking or distancing, too sad.
We were booked to stay 4 nights but left early because we couldn’t take all the noise anymore. Sad to say we probably won’t get refunded because the condescending office staff made us feel like we were the bad guys. Having just buried a family member who died from covid and we will be going home to another family member who has cancer. We just needed to relax for a while....not here.
We left and went to Savannah “CreekFire” a lovely newer RV resort...with lots of peace and quiet, a beautiful lake and wonderful wildlife. FYI the “lake” at HHI Motorcoach Resort” is a small pond...not a lake at all.

Beautiful landscaping on comfortable accommodating private owner rental lots. Office staff exemplary and true southern hospitality. Lots of great bike trails everywhere on the island. BUT, noise from traffic and nearby businesses were spoilers.

We have heard about this RV resort for years, and finally had the opportunity to stay here in March 2022 for nine days. Sharing a shorter review here, but we have a much more detailed review on our website at RVLove.com (link below)
This is an established motor coach resort in a very desirable tourist location. The landscaping is mature and beautiful. Most, if not all of the sites are privately owned, but many owners allow their sites to be rented to others when they are not there. Sites vary from simple smaller sites that need a little updating to large beautiful sites complete with outdoor kitchens and entertainment areas.
When renting a site, the website allows you to choose from all available sites, so it is worth spending a little time to find the right one since it will be the same price for most sites. Small up charge for RV sites along the water feature. The motor coach resort is generally peaceful, but most days you will hear grounds maintenance crews working to keep everything in tip top shape, for at least a little while. Also, some sites could experience noise from things outside of the park. For example, one area of the park is next to a car wash that can be quite noisy, especially in the busy summer season.
We chose site 358 and were very happy with it. Large, spacious site mostly made of paver stones, with a grassy area in the back for our dog to enjoy. The site also had an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, multiple umbrellas and comfy furniture. All sites are full hookup, but being a motor coach resort, they only allow motorhomes. BUT, unlike many motor coach resorts that only allow Class A coaches, this resort also allows Class C motorhomes as long as they are at least 25 feet long.
The surrounding area is touristy, but not at all trashy. It is the type of area where the signs for businesses (even fast food) are limited to more subtle colors. No giant billboards or brightly colored lighted signs. Hundreds of great restaurants, and a nice beach area. We even rode our electric bikes on the beach at low tide which was fun.
We had a wonderful time here and would definitely consider returning. Not inexpensive at over $100/night, it is more of a splurge for us.
Much more detail in our dedicated blog post review at our website. Here is a link if you are interested in learning more about our experience there.

Right from the entrance we were provided with the service which was absolutely in accordance to the resort’s upscale rating and the paid price: we were met, escorted to the site, offered help with parking, the car dolly was taken to the storage. Everything was smooth and easy. Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort is a community of motorcoach owners. All sites are privately owned. The sited are beautifully shaded, nicely paved and landscaped. Amenities include tennis and pickle ball courts, pool, exercise room, playground, and even a doggie shower. There are plenty of roads to walk dogs inside the resort, as well as a nice bike trail right around the corner outside the resort. It is a great resort, but very pricy. We have a video on our YouTube Channel- Summertime RV Rovers- about this resort- Great Campgrounds in Coastal South Carolina: Charleston and Hilton Head Island. Please check for yourself.
