“soup's on, so let the experience begin!”
It all started in 1991 in Holland, Michigan when two longtime friends decided they wanted to provide a good eating and gathering place that people could afford. Soup's on, so let the experience begin! If you're more thirsty than hungry (or equally thirsty and hungry), be sure to ask about our 8th Street Grille drink offerings. From all of us to all of you, we hope our great food, feel-good nostalgia, and reasonable prices make the 8th Street Grille your kind of place... a place where you leave today's hustle-bustle and hassles at the front door... a place to laugh and linger... the kind of place that will charm you into staying for hours on end, if only you didn't have so many other things to do! We welcome any comments or questions you may have.
They have root beer on draft - yum. Old building with bad acoustics so it is noisy. My husband and I split the ham and cheese pannini with side salad. It was huge and very good. They have booths, bar seating, high tables and regular tables. 3 Tvs. They have a soup bar for $5.99 with 3 soups.
