There's something so cozy about a homemade sweater.  It's even cozier... and rewarding, knowing you made it.  And the TLC that goes into making a sweater or blanket...or scarf or hat, is enhanced by the yarns you use.  We have stocked our store on Main Street with the most beautiful, and some hard to find, materials that will help you make a one of a kind work of art.  At The Gentle Arts you'll find many unique fibers, different blends and quality brands...  angora, cashmere,  wool, alpaca, and more. The Gentle Arts is also an authorized spinning wheel dealer for both Kromski and Schacht.   We do our best to have wheels on hand and ready for purchase.  We stock various drop spindles and offer wool roving from Kraemer Yarns and Imperial Yarns.  100% Alpaca roving from nearby Red Maple Farm  and an 80 / 20 blend of Alpaca & Bamboo from Natures Reserve are also available.
