Matt Fuller is the chef, owner, and operator of Central Park Fusion Cuisine. After graduating from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Matt spent 10+ years working as a systems engineer for large financial institutions, IT companies, and insurance companies. After a decade of sitting in cubicles he decided to make a radical career change trading in his computer for a set of chef knives. Central Park Fusion Cuisine is the ONLY restaurant in Arkansas exclusively offering prime Wagyu Beef. Beef prices have skyrocketed and some products are in short supply. Instead of using inferior products Central Park Fusion Cuisine has chosen to upgrade to Wagyu Prime Beef from Australia. The cost is a little higher but the product is superior to anything available outside of Kobe Japan. Wagyu Beef is genetically predisposed to intense marbling, and produces a higher percentage of monounsaturated fat than any other breed of cattle. Unlike other beef, Wagyu is naturally enriched with omega-3 and omega-6 monounsaturated fats. All of our beef is free from antibiotics and hormone growth proponents.
