Bathrooms were very clean and management was nice.
Safe, quiet clean and friendly family run park in residential setting. Lake behind has fishing from the park's dock. Clean modern restrooms and showers.

I work from my RV and this was a great quiet place to get work done. Sweet private dock if you have kayak or paddle board. Large fenced dog area. Cell service was great. WiFi was typical for campground (ok to do basic things). Well jet and clean. Bathrooms and community area was a surprise. Didn’t smell like old lady flowers. Nice little gym and area if you have guests to eat and visit. We will come back when we are in the area.

We have mixed feelings about this campground.
The sites were reasonably accessible although some, like ours, were a blind back-in. The space between rows was large enough that this was not too much of a problem. In gross area the sites were reasonably large, but most of that space is gravel vehicle parking, not campsite. The sites are very close together. There was a spot to park the RV adjacent to a postage stamp of grass that was shared with the neighbor's sewer hose. Most of the grassy area was taken up with a picnic table so there was no place to sit out except at the table. Our site (13) was at a low point in the park. All of the rain drained onto it. The ground was pretty saturated due to rains before we arrived and the back 1/3 of our site was under 1"-2" of water for a day and a half after the rain stopped. It stayed too wet to use while we were there.
The staff was friendly. We did not use the bath house, laundry or clubhouse. The sites were mowed and kept free of trash.
There is no noticeable road noise and we enjoyed the chirping of birds with morning coffee. The lake is accessible from the campground.
The location is very convenient to Hot Springs NP - about five miles. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and services within a few miles, also.
I was very irritated by the reservation process. The campground uses a booking company which charged a $32 "platform fee." Essentially I paid a 14% surcharge to book my site.
Most irritating were the directions to the campground for people traveling west on I-30 given on the website. They appear to have been written by someone who never drove a RV or did not care about people driving RV's. AR-171 & AR-290 are a narrow, winding roads through hill country. There are no shoulders whatsoever. The posted speed is 55 mph but there are numerous turns that must be taken at a lower speed. The traffic is in a hurry and will try to pass dangerously. It was a very unhappy drive. If you are coming on I-30 W take Exit 111 (US-70 W/Hot Springs.) Go about 18 miles and take Exit 6 (US-70 W/US-270 W/Glenwood/Mt. Ida.) Go about 7 miles to Exit 4 (AR-88/Higdon Ferry Rd.) At the end of the Exit 4 ramp turn left at the light onto AR-88/Higdon Ferry Rd. Go about 1.6 miles to AR-7/Central Ave and turn right at the light onto AR-7/Central Ave. Go 3.2 miles to AR-290 (AR-7 narrows to two lanes at this point but there is a left turn lane. Turn left onto AR-290 and go about 1/4 mile to Broadview Dr. on the left, just at the beginning of the right hand curve.. There are two roads together at this point. Broadview Dr. is the slight left turn, not the sharp left. Leisure Landing RV is a short distance down Broadview Dr. on the left.
We would stay again only if we could not find someplace else.

We stayed here for a month ($540), and loved it. Safe, pretty view of the lake, little dog park (be careful with the ball - we lost one in the lake!), nice people, pretty much level space. Stayed in April, and the rain drainage was pretty good. 2 washer and dryers worked okay, everything clean, hang out space inside with a kitchenette. Didn't use the showers, but everything kept clean. I walked the dog every day in the neighborhood, plenty of little side roads out to the lake to get my 5 miles in. Loved the central location, to Central Ave, shopping, Botanical Gardens, Mt Ida crystal mining etc.
THE PROBLEM: INTERNET
Hubby works full-time, and luckily it was good enough for coding and Zoom meetings. I was unable to work except early morning while hubby wasn't working. Speedtest on Verizon hotspot like 2 up/down or worse, and ATT hotspot was a little better, able to stream Netflix etc. in the morning, but never in the evening.

We stayed here 4 nights in June 2022 in our travel trailer. This perfectly met our needs while we visited other destinations in Hot Springs. Leisure Landing is just a gravel RV parking lot, not a campground or destination. However, it is located amid quiet residential neighborhoods, far enough away from the main highway that your only morning sounds are songbirds! The friendly management/ staff does an excellent job keeping everything clean & in good order. Sites are very small, but level & our site (#11) was shaded somewhat. Our dog really enjoyed the lakeside dog park. Too bad other dog owners think a dog park is their dog's private toilet instead of a playground for all. Doggie poop bags & trash cans are conveniently provided but some entitled owners ignore this. Nevertheless, this is a pleasant place. If you have a kayak or canoe, you can put in right there & paddle into the beautiful lake. Did not use the laundry or showers, but took a peek at them & they were spotless! This is definitely a good place to stay in your RV while visiting lovely Hot Springs.

A great little RV park. 33 spots, kind of close but not too bad. Very well maintained, a great lawn area for kids to play in and a seperate dog park, so the lawn is clean. Facilities are well kept, restrooms, showers, TV room, and a small gym (elliptical, treadmill, and a bench). Laundry is $1.75 to wash and $1.75 to dry. 2 washers and 2 dryers available.
Getting here was easy enough with a GPS. Overall a great spot at a great price.
