The bridge was partially destroyed but has been remade into a pedestrian bridge with surrounding park! This park houses unique historical items including: an arch, railroad tracks, monuments and a large gear that came from the bridge.
A trailhead facility is located at this park that connects to the Mississippi River Regional Trail. The Trailhead facility includes bike fix-it stations, restrooms, water and benches.
Park hours are 6 a.m.-10 p.m.
