Sewall House Yoga Retreat

Sewall House Yoga Retreat, has been offering Yoga retreats since 1997. Owned and operated by Donna Amrita Davidge in Island Falls, Maine USA. Yoga retreat offered in an historic home where a young TR learned the healing attributes of nature- the story continues with TR's nature guide Bill Sewall's great grand-daughter and her husband- chosen top ten world wide and featured in many magazines. All levels yoga welcome- we also offer massage, great meals, hikes, lakes. Donna has been teaching yoga since 1985 and has been helping people get away from daily pressures and enjoy the great outdoors or private time for themselves- private rooms, small classes of 2-8 people.
