“local and sustainable restaurant”
This spring, The Mahogany Grill in downtown Ithaca has committed to being one of the first and only local and sustainable restaurants in the Finger Lakes. The entire food menu, wine list, and cocktail list has been revamped to incorporate locally sourced ingredients. In the process, we are helping sustain resources for generations to come as well as showcasing the bounty of our beautiful region.
