Naturalist led kayak and bike eco-tours through State Parks in Jacksonville/Amelia Island area. Stable single or two person kayaks will immerse you in the salt marsh; the most productive ecosystem on the planet. Get answers to questions like "Why do mullet jump?" and "Why is that crab waving at me?" No experience needed; all tours start with a short paddling instruction. Bike ecotours traverse the flat trails through Talbot & Ft Clinch State Parks and Guana Reserve. Under the Oak canopy you will learn about the uplands habitat. Home to raccoons armadillos; deer; hawks and owls to name but a few. Canoe and kayak rentals are available. With map in hand you can create your own adventure on the quiet creeks in Talbot Island State Park. Many sandbars and sandy beaches to swim or picnic. Gift shop has assorted earth friendly gifts. Shaded picnic area on site. Bring your group out for a unique camaraderie building experience.
