“one big wine family!”
Matthew Sorensen worked in both the food and pharmaceutical industries for over 20 years. His extensive experience includes analytical chemistry, fermentation science, and bioprocess development. He is formally educated in the fields of botany, biochemistry, and finance (AKA professional student). Matthew’s passion for wine originated in his college days when he began annual pilgrimages to Napa and Sonoma valleys. Together, the LongSword family work to produce wines that are easy to enjoy, food friendly, unique, and distinctive. They joined Fly High Vineyard to create the tasting room located just behind their vineyard, surrounded by mountains.
