The Cabin gets a 3 due to its qualities but "Property Manager" Zora Martinez doesn't deserve a star or her job!!!

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A CHOICE TO STAY: On the second night of our stay the Propane Wall Heater flame went out. I contacted the inconsiderate "Property Manager" Zora Martinez & received a reply 30 minutes later. She acted as if we didn't know what we were doing even though I told her what we did or maybe she just wasn't paying attention. We discussed the issue for about 45 minutes, she said she was deciding what to do for us. I sent her a photo of the Propane gauge and she wrote, "It's nearly full." That was the last reply I received from Ms. Martinez for the remainder of our stay. So my family and I were left without a major heat source for the next 2 days of our stay. We had a limited wood supply and a small wood burning stove and had to layer clothes to stay warm. Zora neglected to check in with us and fix our issue. In Julian, the nightly temperature can fall in the 20's and this so called Property Manager didn't even help us!!! Someone that neglects tenants like this should NOT even have that sort of job. WE SHOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE 2 DAYS AND NIGHTS WE WERE TREATED WITH SUCH THOUGHTLESSNESS & INSENSITIVITY!!

Some plates, pans, cups, silverware, and the lazy susan were dirty, the silverware is mismatched, no kitchen towels, crumbs and such under the sofa cushions, bugs in the light above the sink & in the stove vent, no detailed cleaning of decor around the living room, inadequate lighting in the house, the windows were filthy, the glass door was difficult to open, the door handle was busted, and the home needs repairs and updates. It looks like the Property Manager and the Owners don't really care about anything but the money. If I had this cabin I would make it what it should be...a Paradise on the Hill Top. Overall it is an adorable cabin in a great location and has great potential to become something amazing. But it doesn't seem to me that anyone really cares about this property which makes me very sad.
