“a culinary journey”
Gianluca Paris – Luca, as he is known to everyone – was born in Torino (Turin), Italy, and moved to New York City as a toddler. Brought up in a bilingual Italian home, he eventually went on to earn a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. There, he met his wife, Lindy (Carolyn Moe) Paris, a Swanzey NH native and fellow Hotel/Restaurant Degree holder. Lindy and Luca owned and operated an Italian gourmet shop and catering business in New York City and fine dining restaurant in Westchester County, New York for several years. Their dream, however, has always been to own and operate a Mediterranean restaurant. In August of 2000 they opened the doors and were given the chance to bring their own touch to the restaurant climate in downtown Keene, New Hampshire. At Luca’s, we will cater to all special dietary needs including gluten free and vegan. We want each and every guest to feel at home. Sit back and relax while we take you on a culinary journey and enjoy the experience!!!Luca & Lindy
