Cella Wines LLC

In 2006, Carlos Cella sold a body shop, a California family business of 35 years, and began construction on a winery near Kingman.  In 2008 he planted the first vines (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Syrah) and he produced his first Estate Wines in 2010.  Cella Winery opened to the public in January 2014. Carlos Cella was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and grew up helping his parents planting, cultivating and making wine. As a young man, he moved to California and learned the art of wine making which, next to his family, has always been his first love.  When he and his wife retired, they found land suitable for growing vines near Kingman and started the area’s first winery.
