Enchanted Nights B&B

Just awful, please don't waste your time by staying here. Lets put it like this, we left a night early because of the treatment and lack of service we received.
My husband and I were looking for a little mid summer get away and also wanted to find a place that was pet friend. When I found this place, I read the reviews and decided to book it even though many of the reviews were negative. Well I guess I was stupid not to listen to the reviews. This place is not worth the money and now I wish we had paid a little more.
On Saturday (8/5/17) it rained much of the day, since we had the dog we knew we had to take him on a walk, and we ended up going hiking for the afternoon. Mid afternoon my parents let us know that they had gotten into town and wanted to grab lunch so we did. While at lunch I received a phone call from the owner stating that we were NOT allowed to leave Logan in his cage. I tried to explain to the owners that Logan loves his cage and that it makes him feel safe. They kept saying it was against the policy so I allowed them to let Logan out. However before I got off the phone, I asked them why they were in my room, and was not given an answer. So I tried to ignore this because I didn't want it to ruin our vacation.
On Sunday (8/6/17) we took Logan to the dog park for 2.5 hrs. then brought him back to the B&B. We ended up meeting my parents again for a bite to eat and a quick trip to the Outlets. After we finished, we went back to our B&B and took Logan for a 40 minute walk because we were going to be going to a music festival. Right before we were leaving the owner, Peter approached me and asked how long we were going to be gone for. I told him I was unsure and he said I hope no more then 4 hrs., because its inhumane to keep him in the room all. I explained to him all the exercise Logan had gotten that day and the day before, but I could tell he could care less with what I had to say.
Like clock work, 4 hrs. later my phone rang, and it was the other owner Nancy. She said that Logan had barked a few times and we HAD to come back ASAP. I told her we'd be back soon and then she asked me exactly how long. I told her I was unsure because of traffic.
When we got back Peter was extremely rude as was his wife Nancy. The Mattress are as hard as rocks. Not to mention they don't have curtains on the windows only sheers and by 6:00 am the rooms are so bright you cant sleep. Plus they don't have AC and the rooms get very hot during the day. We tried keeping our fan on to pull in some cool air, but the OWNERS ALLOW THEMSELVES IN YOUR ROOM WHENEVER THEY PLEASE AND TURNED IT OFF.
Parking is very cramped and the parking lot is not well kept. It needs to have all the tree branches cut back and the weeds pulled. The walk way is very over grown making it difficult to walk up to the main door.
They do supply shampoo, but no conditioner. The shampoo and soap they give you is so watered down its a joke. They put kitchen towels in the bedroom as hand towels and the bathroom sink could be pulled away from the wall.

If I could leave no stars I would, but that's not an option.
