“Wine with a view”
On the highest point in Johnson County, giving the location a panoramic view. So vast is the view, it was commonly used as a lookout point during the Civil War. Sample our wines and tour the winery and vineyards. Witness a spectacular sunset from the deck. Picnic baskets and snacks available.
We had my brothers wedding here on 9-13-14. First of all, the staff was all very rude, including the owner Kelly. Also, there was a dog running around during the ceremony, all over the brides dress, and through the crowd. We were under the impression we had the whole place to ourselves only to find out there was a drunken 40th birthday party there also. The owner had told all of us we had the place until at least 11 but when 9:15 rolled around we caught her and her employees throwing our stuff out of the room where the bridal party got ready. When asked what was going on she got irate and told my brother she was calling the cops. My brother had also purchased 2 cases (24 bottles) of wine and a keg of beer only to find out the bar was charging the guests for the alcohol. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. When the cops showed up it scared my niece and nephews as they were scared my brother and sister in law were going to jail. After all was said we cleaned up all the wedding decorations, loaded up, and headed out. I will never go back to this venue.
