Established in 1992, Java Roaster has been a long time fixture in the historic downtown district. Family owned and operated, we have seen both our own children and those of our customers grow, mature and become vital parts of our community. We operate on a very simple basis of "doing what's right for our customer". From our own daily fresh  roasted coffee beans, our incredible staff who get to know you by name and often have your drink ready before you order it, to our extensive breakfast and lunch menu, we strive hard to create an enviroment where you will feel comfortable, welcome and at home, from the moment you walk through our doors.
