Carmine's’ latest edition opened in 2013 in Las Vegas. Located in the The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, Carmine's fits right in among the classical Roman theme of one of the greatest resorts in Las Vegas. The empire continues to grow even larger with Carmine’s largest location to date, which has 750 seats and 9 private dining rooms!
