“authentic Korean street food”
Opened in March 2010, Soyo is a small locally owned and operated barstaurant catering to the South-West side of Las Vegas. Owner David Sim opened Soyo with the intent of bringing authentic Korean street food and Korean culture to his restaurant. Soyo offers a range of Korean staple dishes such as ddukkochi (rice cake skewer and odenkkochi (oden skewer). Our retro decor will transport you to a night out in urban Korea. The latest K-Pop and Hip Hop hits make for a lively, modern atmosphere. So come join us under the patio and experience for the first time or relive fond memories of a truly authentic Korean atmosphere that can only be found at Soyo Korean Barstaurant.
It's way out of the way and calls itself a "barstaurant," but don't let that stop you from visiting a great Korean joint far from the Chinatown offerings. It stays open late (3 a.m. weekdays, 4 a.m. weekends), keeps a well-stocked bar, and serves dishes that average out at about $8. It's easy to order plenty of dishes on a modest budget.
