Barn Brewers Brewery was born from the love of beer. Well, actually, it all started with the idea of growing hops on the family farm. Could it be done? Do hops and grapes get along? Fortunately, the answer was yes! The hops loved the farm – they grew tall, wide and had handsome buds. A few months later, it was time for the first harvest and time to decide what to do with fresh hops. The next logical step – brew some beer! A brew station was built and a screened in porch was turned into a home brewery. The first batch was underway. Within a few weeks, it was time for a taste and that’s when brewing beer became a passion. Brewing became an every other weekend project and each batch of beer was better than the last. Luckily, the friendly beer critics who stopped by every weekend, really enjoyed the unique tastes and recipes — the supply was not keeping up with the demand. So, we decided it was time to work together and introduce some really, really good beer to the community! The dream of owning a brewery has come true! After a lot of hard work, a few bumps in the road, and some good fortune, the time has come to open our doors to you. We hope you enjoy our beer as much as we enjoy brewing it.
