Lewes Beach

Bay and ocean beaches in and near Lewes, Delaware provide swimming, fishing, boating and a host of other watersports. Located off of Cape Henlopen Drive, Beach 1 and Beach 2 provide guarded swiming from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Both beach 1 and beach 2 locations have restrooms and shower facilities. The Lions Club snack shack located at beach 1 offers beach chair and umbrella rentals daily from 10am to 5pm. Beach wheelchairs are available at the beach patrol building at beach 1. Metered parking at beach 1 and beach 2 is in effect from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, May 1st thru September 30th, with change machines available at both beaches. Credit cards are accepted at Beach 1 with a two hour minimum charge. You can also download the Parkmobile app to pay for parking.
