Very disappointed in their customer service. I booked 3 rooms, got a confirmation for 3 rooms, showed up and they only had 2 rooms. Nobody called to let me know and the front desk person I spoke to was not kind about it. We have 6 adults and 4 toddlers and it's almost midnight with nowhere to go.
