The Hocking Hills Regional Welcome Center is pleased to be the new home of the Paul A. Johnson Pencil Sharpener Museum. Reverend Paul Johnson began his collection more than 20 years ago. This amazing collection of more than 3,400 pencil sharpeners has been featured in national magazines and is reputed to be the largest collection in America."The whole thing started with two metal cars, my wife bought for me as a gift in 1989"..."Little did she know I would take off running with the idea."..."I now have over 3000 different sharpeners, with NO duplicates in here." this is just a shack.....for a quick stop, fine....but don't expect much

This little place is darling. My 5 & 9 year old boys are totally content looking at all these pencil sharpeners. Their "Grammy" is too. It's worth a quick stop off the main road if you're traveling this way!
