Ray Senior, "Big Ray", Began the many generations of restaurantneurs by opening Ray's Restaurant in the 50's. Lil' Ray's has been a family owned & operated restaurant since early 1970. Lil' Ray's Waveland opened in 1970 with Lil' Ray's Gulfport opening in 1975. The next generation, "Lil' Ray's children", is now following in their father's footsteps by opening the newest Lil' Ray's in Long Beach, MS.
