Perfect Pit Stop: We stayed overnight to break up the long haul flight from Melbourne Australia to New York. Although chosen for its location and free shuttle this hotel has much more to offer. Efficient check in and trolleys (self-serve); the room was clean and spacious (bedroom separate from living space). Room service was available, the preparation & delivery was quick and the food tasted great (I recommend the steak). We didn’t stay long enough to try the new robot butler, but it looked cool watching it come in and out of the lift.
