El Capitan Theatre is a fully restored movie palace at 6838 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood. It is owned by Pacific Theatres and operated by The Walt Disney Company. It serves as the venue for many of Walt Disney Pictures' movie premieres.

This theater is beautiful inside! This old theater is now owned by Disney and they make it shine like it is brand new again. There is a beautiful, one of a kind, Wurlitzer organ that plays before the show, so, get there early. We watched Cars 3 here and they also had a special dance show before the movie started. I bought my tickets from their website a month early, but it was worth it. We were able to select the center seats in the upper balcony for the best view in the house! The VIP tickets are a higher price than you are use to paying but you get popcorn, a drink, and a unique show you won't find anywhere else!
