Authentic Ensenada-style fish tacos are hard to come by in this town, but Ricky Piña's got you covered. What started as a makeshift cart was upgraded to a full-on food truck last December, and the crispy, golden fish ($3) and shrimp tacos ($3.50) are as good as ever.
