Housed in the oldest commercial building on Loveland's thriving downtown Fourth Street arts and entertainment area, mo' Betta brings a N'awlins style flair to northern Colorado. And on a personal note, y'all... The Caldwell Family loves Loveland! It is the best of both worlds for us: a healthy blend of relaxed Colorado living and a thriving small town to support a strong economic lifestyle. We are 10 minutes south of Fort Collins, an hour from Denver, and next to Estes Park and its outdoor activities.
