“family style restaurant in Lubbock”

Home cooking and quick service. The food is always fresh and very tasty. This is a great place to go for lunch downtown if you're looking for something yummy, super cheap, and quick. The menu has breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, tex-mex, and other comfort foods, as well as a daily menu of specials which are amazing deals. The Ranch House is conveniently located near downtown Lubbock, the historic Depot District, and I-27.

I wanted to find a classic Texas diner for breakfast and this place didn't disappoint. Old wood paneling, old men talking about their ranches, and nothing but trucks in the parking lot (and my Mini! Ha!) omelette was excellent. B&G not bad. Overall a great place.

Just what we were looking for. Down home cooking, great service and quick!! The food was great, the pancakes and French Toast are amazing. Would recommend if you want a "local" place.

This place was SOOO good. I highly recommend eating here. Ordered the lunch special; $9 for chicken fried steak w/ gravy, Mac and Cheese, Green Beans, Salad, and peach cobbler w/ ice cream. We were the only RV among the pick-up trucks. It must be a local favorite!! Might be harder to park a larger RV.
