Welcome to The Grand Opera House! We are proud to be Central Georgia’s sole presenter of professional touring Broadway productions and a complimentary season of concerts, comedy and arts education programs. We are proud to set the stage for the Macon Symphony Orchestra, Macon Civic Club’s annual revue, and Nutcracker of Middle Georgia, and the numerous community-based arts organizations who we welcome each year. “The Grand experience” begins when you arrive on beautiful, tree-lined Mulberry Street where The Grand marquee announces. Once inside, you step back in time to an era when theatres were truly grand spaces. Ornate molding, gold leaf, dramatic arches, a soaring starry sky ceiling, plush red curtains and architectural flourishes add to the grandeur of the 1,000-seat venue. With your Grand Tumbler filled with your favorite beverage from the Encore Room bar, you are set to sit back and enjoy a Grand evening of entertainment!
