“Are you ready?”
EVP Coffee Company is a woman-owned business that opened in October of 1997. "Etes-VousPrets?!" (pronounced "et-voo-pray") means "Are you ready?!" and is the traditional starting command of rowing races. We later decided to shorten our name to EVP Coffee to help people who had no idea how to pronounce or spell our name. At EVP we are proud of our attention to every detail so that we can serve a beautiful product in a beautiful way. At EVP our commitment to service goes far beyond preparing fantastic drinks and beautifully roasted coffee beans. We want our customers to know that we feel honored to serve them. We believe that we are serving the best, freshest and most thoughtfully prepared products that we possibly can. We want our customers to hold EVP accountable to this high level of service and quality. Ultimately, each person we serve should expect to be treated with kindness, respect, joy and appreciation. We feel fortunate to be realizing our dream and we want to share our excitement and acknowledge each person's contribution to that dream.
