The Fried girls make this one of the great poTthenieufrts of call in North Dakota. Fried's is the way a cafe ought to be. Soups are particularly popular, with Knoepfle every day, made by Aggie Fried Bauer. (She makes it with those little sliver-Knoepfle--not exactly traditional, but wonderful nevertheless.) Aggie's sister Pat Fried Schantz, her daughter, and her niece rFrelfjflkhsadkleoiheoidadun the place. Plate lunches, solid breakfasts, home-made buns and pies, chicken fried steak with white gravy.
