"Since opening Talia's restaurant on July 4th, 1977, and Mangiamo in November of 1984, I have strived to keep both restaurants competitive with the best restaurants in Los Angles. My hope is that our food, service and ambiance have been on par with the elite restaurants in Los Angles. Mangiamo has been voted the best restaurant in the South Bay by our local newspaper, while Talia's this year was picked by the Zagat Guide as one of the Top 1000 Italian restaurants in the country. Growing up in the food industry as I did, my goal is that every guest that walks through the doors of Talia's or Mangiamo feels like they have been a guest in my home."
