“Making hamburgers since 1921”
The Cozy Inn was established at the beginning of a new craze for hamburger stands which were popping up all over America. The first such business, White Castle, had just opened in Wichita, Kansas in 1921, and Kinkel jumped on the band wagon and followed the fad. Since 1922 Cozy Inn has served its signature sliders to the citizens of Salina, and now its Manhattan's turn! Served with grilled onions (not optional), ketchup, mustard, and pickle. New to the Manhattan location, we make homemade chips fresh daily!
