“a beautiful place to play in Manteca”
This is a long, nine-hole golf course with plenty of water. The course makes its way around the RV park. Out-of-bounds comes into play on four holes. The greens are on the small side and range from flat to sloping. For a real challenge, try the perfectly carpeted 18-hole putting course.

The Delecato winery (Gnarly Head + other wines) is within walking distance and there is a golf course all around the RV park. Privacy is decent and if you get a site backing up to a fairway or the 'lake', it is nice. There is also a fitness center (for a fee) and a sport bar onsite.

Chose this park because of proximity to SF. We didn't want a RV park that was just a concrete parking lot. About a hour drive to SF so makes it easy for a day trip, which is what we did. Very nice and clean facilities. The pool and park was nice. The sites are kind of tight but was pretty easy to back our 21 foot RV in to. I would stay here again for sure.

Just needed a place for one night and this was very good. Large concrete pad with a grass area and picnic table. You do hear Hwy 99 but not excessively so.
We have a 24’ trailer - to problem.

The park seems well-maintained, hot tub was warm, sites are adequate with picnic tables, pool appears clean, showers roomy with hooks and chairs. Check-in were folks friendly, small store with essentials. There’s also a gym that seems in decent condition. We were in site 133, right across from the jacuzzi and laundry. We stayed just for one night as we were passing through and the park is perfect for that. The highway is close by but not too noisy. WiFi was free and fast.

This is a good place for a brief stop. Not sure that there's much around here that would compel you to stay for a long time. The spots are decent size though there's nothing between you and your neighbors behind or to the side. It was clean and the only staff person I interacted with was very friendly.
You can see the highway pretty clearly, and there was a fair amount of road noise through the night. On the other hand you noticed the road noise because everything else in the camp was quiet so that's pretty good.
We just stayed for one night on our way north, and this was definitely a good place to stop for the night.

This seems to be a place for longtermers. With covid-19, California shut down all state and county campgrounds, so this was our option for the night. I can't complain about full hookups and a level concrete pad. There was little space between sites. Check in was via there window, and quick and easy. The whole campground did lose power overnight at some point, and came back on. I'm not sure if this happens often.

Checked in and assigned to space 120 but space 120 had someone in it, no one was in 121. Went back to ask if I should just stay in 121 but they said it was scheduled for someone else. They sent me to site 14 which was fine but in monthly rental. Monthly rentals don't have WiFI access immediately so they sent a staff member with the codes to give me access. No cable access.
The lady at check in was very nice. you could here a bit of freeway noise but it didn't bother me. They were helpful when I asked if there was a chance of saying over due to the "expected significant weather pattern". It is next to a golf course and a restaurant but due to the weather I stayed warm and cozy in my unit. Nice dog parks!

We stayed here overnight in a pull through so did not have to unhook. Pleasantly surprised! Great front desk staff. $64.50 for one night on a Saturday the weekend before Thanksgiving Lots of places to walk with clubhouse, pool, wifi, playground and large and small dog parks.
This looks like a lot of permanent well maintained trailers and Class A’s. The grounds are immaculate. We would stay here again.

We were visiting family and stayed for 2 weeks cheaper than paying the daily fee. Clean park, friendly staff. It was an old golf course and was turned into a Rv park. There are full time residents here but they keep everything clean. Prices are a bit pricey in this area so expect that. Cheaper to stay longer than daily rate. We paid 700 for 2 weeks or you can pay 65 a night or 1400 for the month with a 1400 deposit and background check. We opted to stay the 2 weeks only.

Did a last minute call for a stay and they had a spot which was good. The site was so tiny no room to maneuver in and then no space for truck. My advice is even if they ask your rv length ask if there is parking available for truck. Wifi did not work nor cable in our site. On the plus clean and showers were great
